The transformation of global economic environment and technological change has brought severe challenges and new opportunities to the transformation of Chinese enterprises.Under resource constraints and innovation-driven,to obtain the sustainable competitiveness under the economic globalization by finding an effective transformation path is the top priority of enterprise development.In recent years,the government work report has repeatedly stated that,technological change is the main way to lead the manufacturing enterprises transforming to the independent research and intelligent production,it meets the essential demand of enterprise transformation.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to research the path of enterprise transformation from the perspective of technological change.The transformation of equipment manufacturing enterprises is an important support to enhance the overall strength of manufacturing industry,technological innovation ability and international competitiveness.Therefore,the equipment manufacturing enterprise is chosen as the research object.Firstly,construct the transformation path model under the guidance of technological change,then based on the empirical analysis to verify the correctness of the model.Use the system dynamics method to analyze the internal operation mechanism of the transformation path,evaluate the implementation effect of the transformation path,put forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions to promote the enterprise transformation.The specific research contents areas follows:First of all,review and comment on the existing research of transformation and technological change.On this basis,the concept of enterprise transformation and technological change is defined.Starting from the analysis of the transformation characteristics of equipment manufacturing enterprises,put forword that the transformation path led by technological change is an important way of enterprise transformation.Analyzed the transformation process of equipment manufacturing enterprises,propose the six dimensions of the transformation path,and analyzed the transformation path mechanism under the guidance of technological change.Then constructs the model of transformation path under the guidance of technological change,and puts forward the research hypothesis and research framework of this thesis.Secondly,according to the transformation path model,designed the questionnaire to collect the data for the empirical research.On the basis of statistical analysis of sample data,by using a structural equation model,verified that the transformation path led by technological change is the only transformation path for equipment manufacturing enterprises.Although the transformation path of the six dimensions has different effects on enterprise transformation,it can be summarized as this transformation path: Upgrading the technology informatization as the main line,Coordinating of supply chain as the support,Upgrading service as the orientation,"Two integration" as the leading.The transformation path system consists of four subsystems:manufacturing technology,organizational structure,production process and service mode.Thirdly,in order to further reveal the internal operation mechanism of the transformation path,use the system dynamics method to simulate the transformation path under the guidance of technological change.The transformation path system consists of four subsystems: manufacturing technology transformation,organizational structure reorganization,production process reengineering and service mode upgrading.The operation of the path depends on the coupling and interaction of the four subsystems.The study found,R&D investment,personnel investment and technology absorbing ability are the key elements in the transformation path,which plays animportant role in improving the economic transformation ability of enterprises.Finally,in order to evaluate the effects of the transformation path under the guidance of technological change,constructed the evaluation model of enterprise transformation path.Firstly,established the evaluation index system based on rough set method,having a preliminary judgment of status of transformation path.Furthermore,divide the evolution process of transformation path into two stages: "preparation" and "implementation",constructed a two-stage DEA model with shared resource input to realize the efficiency measure of the path evolution process.The evaluation results show that,the transformation level of China's equipment manufacturing enterprises is related to the degree of technology density,and the main direction of technological change is the deep implantation and fusion of information technology;The cooperation of supply chain and value chain,service strategy and the development of e-business model are important methods to improve the implementation effect of the transformation path.The innovation of this paper is:(1)The transformation path led by technological change is the only way to transform equipment manufacturing enterprises,then verified the correctness of this view point by structural equation model.Puts forward the "six dimensions" structure system of the transformation path,analyzes the guiding mechanism of the technological change on the various dimensions of the transformation path,then reveals the mechanism of the transformation path.(2)By constructing the system dynamics model,realize the simulation of the enterprise transformation path.At the same time,the key elements of the transformation path are found,and the different mechanism of the transformation ability of the transformation economy is clarified.(3)Divided the evaluation of enterprise transformation path into two parts: Evaluation of evolution status level and evolution process level,then constructs the evaluation model of enterprise transformation path under the guidance of technological change.By constructing method of the evaluation index system based on rough sets and a shared resources into two-stage DEA model,realized the evaluation of transformation path,found the weak link in the process of transformation path implementation.The research results have been published in the core journals,such as?Chinese Journal of Management Science?,?System Engineering Theory and Practice?,etc.Andit is supported by the Ministry of education humanities and social science fund project,project of the humanities and social science foundation of the ministry of education and Shaanxi social science foundation project,etc.It is said that this study has certain theoretical and practical value.
