The Research Of Matching Between Technology Transformation Path And Technology Status Of Zhejiang Manufacturing Industry

Recently, technical factors had been restricted manufacturing industry for the further development. Especially in Zhejiang which riches of SMEs, paid little attention on the R&D and the second innovation of digestion and absorption after the imported technology. The independent R&D capability of enterprise is weak. Due to lack of core technology and the independent intellectual property rights, Zhejiang manufacturing industry play a low-end role in the international industrial division. The face to innovation and technology upgrades as the characters of the international market, the independent innovation ability weak zhejiang economy society has become the bottleneck of sustainable and harmonious development, technical transformation is imminent. The paper wrote in this context research to combed the related concept of the technical transformation, transformation path, and technical ability and efficiency, divided the technology transformation path into three categories those were the independent R&D, technology introduction and cooperation innovation. And then combining with the "China statistical yearbook ","science and technology of China statistical yearbook","zhejiang statistical yearbook","zhejiang technology statistical yearbook", use the BP neural network analysis method and data envelopment analysis (DEA) method, calculate the value of technical capability and the technical efficiency of the eight regions including Zhejiang. After the comparison, we found the technical capability and the technical efficiency of Zhejiang rank in the low position in these regions. Thirdly, we deal with the28industies of Zhejiang manufacturing with the same methods. At last, we divided these28industies into the types of low quality, high efficient, high capability and high quality.On the basis of classification of the industry, this paper verify hypothesises using the methods of empirical analysis. Then select the Zhejiang Youngor, Xizi UHC and Wanxiang Group as the samples, established the a three-dimensional of "technical capability-technical efficiency-time" for further study.At last, this paper found these conclusions:first, the independent R&D is always occupy the important position in all kinds of industries. Second, technology introduction is a more favorable approach for enterprises of the poor technical ability and the technical efficiency. For the others, in addition to the independent R&D, the expansion and cooperation also will promote technology innovation and transformation. Third, in general, the introduction of technology to bring more is the technical capability to ascend, and scale expansion, cooperation innovation is can improve the technical efficiency.
