For making TPS solve the existing problem quickly and march on the fast development track, we have to examine the corporate growth strategy comprehensively.This thesis mainly utilizes the theories and the analytical methods of the modern strategy management to do research. It has comprehensively analyzed the opportunities and the threats of TPS's external environment, the strengths and the weaknesses of TPS's internal environment. By using the SWOT analysis method, it draws up the strategic plan which the company may choose and proposes company's mission,the strategic thought,the strategic target and the strategic measures on these foundations .In "the strategy and the implementation" chapter, it proposes the product centralism strategy and the variation strategy. Simultaneously, it also proposes the function strategy combination. The author hopes that the enterprise would take the strategic management seriously and make clear about the company strategy, march on the fast development track by the research of TPS development strategy.
