Information Management Of Control System In Lanzhou Petrochemical Company

Enterprise information includes two aspects, one is the construction of all types of information systems, which is the results; on the other hand is to management and control the construction of the information system itself, namely, information control, which is the process. These two aspects Complement each other and form a comprehensive base to enterprisec. Information construction of CNPC Lanzhou Petrochemical Company (LPC)began early, and has a good foundation. The objective to establish the information control system is to manage the projects of information system construction, and ensure that the information strategy matches the strategy of CNPC.First, the problems that exist in information of LPC are analysed from the point of information lifecycle. The results show that there are a lot of problems in information, such as vague stratege of information, leaders dislocation, insufficient decision proof, unreasonable use of information resources, the absence of risk management, and so on. These problems highlight the necessity and urgency to construct the information control system of LPC, as well as provide a basis for the design of the system.Secondly, the framework of the information control system is analysed from three aspects: the target, the phases, and the framework, and contents of the information control system are also analysed from four phases: planning phase, implementing phase, operating phase, and after assessing phase. The aim of the information control system in planning phase is to match the information strategy with the whole strategy. The aim in implementing phase is to study the balidity of design, equipment procurement, project implementation and check. The aim in operating phase is to research on how to resolve the problems, and to establish the maintenance system and the database. The aim in after the assessment assessing phase is to study the functionality, efficiency, stability and improve of the information control system after its finish and operation.Finally, the implementing problem of the information control system is studied from three aspects: the preparation, the steps and the difficulties. The preparation includes the strategic level, management level, the implemention level, training of personnel and project team planning. The steps include team training, process optimization, the specific implementation, maintenance and management, performance evaluation and continuous improvement. The difficulties include the full understanding, setting key points of management control, and the control and extending the process.
