At present,many cities in China set up gas-fired power plant instead of coal-fired power plant for the improvement of air quality.As an important equipment of gas-fired power plant,natural gas compressor plays a vital role in the safe and stable operation of gas turbine.At present the domestic natural gas compressor control system are imported complete sets of PLC equipment and software,project cost is high,the man-machine interface is not friendly enough,not easy to operating personnel and system maintenance personnel monitoring,analysis and diagnosis.To this end,Guohua Gaoantun Gas-fired Power Plant technical staff through the study of centrifugal compressor system works,independently developed a set of DCS-based compressor control system.The set of control system does not use the local conventional PLC control,but the host Emerson OVATION DCS as a carrier,saving the project cost,while the set of control systems can easily monitor the various parameters of the supercharger to ensure that the system Of the safe and stable operation.The smooth implementation of this project and put into operation,has a very important engineering significance and significance of the project.In this paper,the design and implementation of the DCS control system of the compressor in the gas-fired power plant is studied with the example of Guohua Gaoantun Gas-fired Power Plant.The literature review method and the theory connection practice method are used to study the subject.Firstly,the basic principle of the centrifugal compressor is studied by referring to the related literature.Combining with the actual situation of the compressor of the Gaoantun gas-fired power plant,the starting conditions of the centrifugal compressor,the coordinated control,Protection conditions one by one to carry out research and analysis.Secondly,the logical design of the control system of the centrifugal compressor in Gaoantun Power Plant is carried out by using the theory with practice method.The control system adopts sub-module design,including start-stop sequential control logic,compressor inlet guide vane control logic,compressor recirculation valve control logic,interlock protection logic and so on.Finally,Emerson OVATION DCS is used as the carrier of the compressor control system,and the logic of the DCS control system is set up,and the safety and reliability of the control system are verified by debugging.At the same time,the main problems and solutions in the process of compressor system debugging are introduced.The DCS control system was used to complete the 168 h trial operation of the compressor equipment of the Guohua Gaoantun Gas-fired Power Plant,thus verifying the safety and stability of the control system.
