It is stressed that A Plant must deal with organization structure and post design well and build a capable and efficient organization system with good synergy. The job of personnel recruitment should be done steadily and strictly. A Plant should strengthen the training exploitation to staff in order to improve the comprehensive quality of both the old staff and the new ones. A plant must resolve to put the performance management into effect, design the assessment standards scientifically, and strengthen the understanding and assessment of the performances to promote the synergy rapidly. A Plant should improve the payment management system so that different staff are paid according to different payment assessment methods. Culture and emotions should be used to urge the staff to love the enterprise from heart and work hard.
