RFID (radio frequency identification) is a non-contact automatic identification technology, through radio signals it identifies targets automatically and obtains relevant data, and it doesn't need human intervention. Owing to unique advantage of this mature technology , it is used widely and developed rapidly. According to the research of "China's RFID market trends forecast from 2007 to 2011" in Analysys International, China's RFID market will reach 6.531 billion yuan in 2011, the market size of average annual compound growth rate is 17.83 percent from 2007 to 2011.At the same time, China's mobile communications industry develops more rapidly, according to public data statistics, in 2007 China's mobile value-added market is 112 billion yuan, an increase of 30 percent, in the next three years China's mobile value-added market will continue to grow and is expected to be over 200 billion yuan in 2010. In such environment of economic growth and the huge 600 million mobile users, mobile e-commerce has great potential for developmentHowever, all along, the payment of mobile or Internet are faced with the crisis of confidence on the safety between the industry and the users, because its deep-seated habits of users to pay or pay relationship of trust has not yet formed, users in China are more willing to accept the "face-to-face" of " stamp the card" payment instruments, such as various types of bank cards, stored-value cards, business discount card, while" non-face-to-face "payment is only as a supplementThe papers focus on the characteristics of RFID technology and mobile communication technology, and fully integrate the function of long-distance communication of mobile communication and the function of close-up identification of RFID technology , solve a mobile commerce "face-to-face" payment problems and led to many new industry applications and business models. The full text is divided into five chapters, the first chapter describes the birth and development of RFID technology, sums up their application in various field, and analyses its development situation and market prospects. The second chapter on China's mobile communication industry's rapid development, especially the development momentum of the value-added business, and analyses the development of business products, studies the rise of mobile commerce and the current issues requiring urgent solution. The third chapter describes a bright future, combining the RFID technology and the mobile communication technology and specifically on the first domestic case of RFID technology which will be applied to mobile value-added services. The fourth chapter introduces and analyses the ongoing trial of the latest technology RF-SIM card by Hubei Unicom, the phone with RFID technology alternates payment card possibly , being a new type of payment instruments, it will set off mobile commerce revolution.Chapter V gives the outlook on the future convergence of the two basic technologies, and creatively put forwards the RFID chips will contain the second-generation ID card for future mobile value-added service close identification of the main, demonstrated the feasibility of commercial application development. This paper is given by combining domestic and international searching engine research, coupled with the author's personal practical experience through experiencing project and using the theory and practice, qualitative and quantitative research and integration from multi-angles, all-round ways. In the paper, some applications and ideas are put forward for the first time, have innovative and forward-looking, and the practical work will be implemented in the future.
