The coming of 3rd generation era plays an important role in the further promotion of mobile commerce. With the continues improvement of 3rd generation technology, more and more applications of mobile commerce will change the way people live and work. As a major trend of future development, an increasing number of people have attached great importance to the development prospects of transactional mobile commerce. The author put forward the user acceptance model of future mobile commerce development combining the significant reformation of 3rd generation in the field of telecommunication. The existing study on acceptance of mobile commerce tends to be a general research as a whole, which lacks pertinent consideration of the acceptance of different types of mobile commerce. We think that actually mobile commerce can be divided into many types, and the applications of each type are distinct from each other, which leads to different patterns of user behavior. As a result, it is necessary to study user behavior of all types of applications separately. As there are several categories of mobile commerce, different types of mobile commerce have essential differences, and on the issue of acceptance of mobile commerce, user must have different influence factors. As mentioned above, in the environment of 3rd generation, transactional mobile commerce has added several characteristics that do not exist before; therefore it has a broader market space. To the important mobile commerce application, scholars home and abroad rarely bring up user acceptance model, and there are shortcomings in this area of research. In this paper, the author comes up with user acceptance model of transactional mobile commerce in the environment of 3rd generation based on previous research.Responding to the above mentioned issues, this dissertation built a user acceptance model of transactional mobile commerce in the environment of 3rd generation based on technology acceptance model and the theory of network externalities, and used sample data to empirically verify the model. The model assumed that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, mobile convenience, perceived risk, cost, social norms, perceived technology maturity, number of users perception, attitude and motivation affected the use of user behavior. This paper analyzed the variables'reliability and validity in the model, and tested its validity. The author verified the validity of technology acceptance model, and tested the important influence of mobile convenience, perceived risk, cost, social norms, perceived technology maturity, perceived number of users.
