Mobile E-commerce is a new model,which transfers data by communication network and engages in kinds of commercial activity by mobile terminal.Today, Mobile E-commerce is becoming more and more popular in the world.From the Point view of its concept and combing its characteristics of agility simpleness and rapidness,the paper studies the modes of the new Mobile E-commerce and gives prominence to its advantages comparing with the traditional E-commerce and also analyzes the basic technologies of realizing Mobile E-commerce such as WAP,GPRS,Bluetooth,mobile IP,WPKI,SMS and 3G detailed. Based on the new technologies,services that Mobile E-commerce are getting widely used by taking advantages of mobile wireless net work.At last,on the basis of theoretical research this paper takes A Shopping Mall as a case,analyzing its application of customer relationship management system in this Shopping Mall, Proposing the application scheme and the tactics.To some extent,the author expects that this research can be helpful for the shopping Mall to implement its Mobile E-commerce.The article mainly expounds the key constituent of Mobile E-commerce including technology,service,business mode,develop tactics and so on.In the view of Internet and Mobile Internet,the whole paper comments on the Mobile E-commerce business status quo analysis,E-commerce business mode and technology,Mobile E-commerce experience,through the cases of A Shopping Mall,the article strives to find the sticking point of Mobile E-commerce success to improve development of Mobile E-commerce business of China. |
