| This thesis analyzed the current conditions of the talented personnel of CNC Henan Branch deepgoingly, carefully and from different dimensions. Based on the analysis, with the strategy of Hard Link operators' business transformation and net transformation as the centre, this thesis provided the overall thought and aim of the talented personnel planning. In addition, this thesis gave its own comments about the concrete carrying measure of the talented personnel planning of CNC Henan Branch. A thoroughgoing explanation was given from the following four angles: how to cultivate talent, how to attract talent, how to employ talent and how to seek talent.
