As a higher form of cooperation between enterprises, strategic alliances are broad springing up in the world. China's automobile enterprises also try to set up various strategic alliance forms with foreign automakers, in order to enhance their competitive advantage. However, strategic alliances do not mean that cooperation will be able to achieve the desired alliance objectives, because cross-border strategic alliance is more difficult to be managed successfully due to the complexity of enterprises with foreign automakers. This article holds that one of the pivotal increased effectiveness of alliance management is the establishment and implementation of the scientific and rational alliance performance management system. After the performance of the alliance management, and improving the effectiveness of strategic alliance operating, we can achieve the expected goals of strategic alliances.Reviewing the home and abroad research, as well as the motivation and the characteristics of each stage of the process of Chinese and foreign automobile enterprises of strategic alliances, we discussed the factors affecting the performance and the performance evaluation of the union on the basis of enterprises in the automobile industry. Firstly, we fixed on the concept of strategic alliances of Chinese and foreign automobile enterprise, nailed down the connotation and denotation of the home and abroad strategic alliances, analyzed the performance factors affecting the research and evaluation methods, and the process of Chinese and foreign automobile enterprises in strategic alliance motivation, Union and Union features every stage. Because of the alliance's process, the strategic alliance of automobile enterprises between china and foreign countries experience three stages :formatting,implementation and reconfiguring, each of which holds its own characteristic. Secondly, we identified the factors affecting the performance in the process of strategic alliances of Chinese and foreign automobile enterprises. Among them, partners, resources, cultural differences and strategic objectives are the main factors in alliance formation stage. In the process of implementation, main factors which impacting the performance of the partnership are faith, cooperation, communication and communication. Lastly, we analyzed the rule of these factors impacting the performance in the course of strategic alliances.We also need to evaluate the performance of strategic alliances of the Chinese and foreign automobile enterprise, in addition to ascertain the factors and the rule of the strategic alliances, in order to achieve the desired objectives. We believe that perform of strategic alliance of Chinese and foreign automobile enterprises should be made into the initial state assessment, evaluation and operational results evaluation, and the operating performance evaluation are the keystone. We considered seven major factors of the strategic alliance operation, which include the operating costs of the internal processes, the coalition co-ordination, the operational effectiveness, agility union, and relations between the members of the league of quality, profitability of the organization, on the base of clear evaluation of the performance of the targets, objectives and characteristics. In addition, we used fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in order to evaluate the performance of the Chinese and foreign automobile enterprise and we established evaluation model of the strategic alliances operation performance of Chinese and foreign automakers.Finally, we made conclusions of the research, presented the revelation of the Chinese automobile participating in the multinational strategic alliances and we also listed the limitations and follow-up research idea of the study.
