In order to alleviate the expansion of the number of institutions facing the banking sector,the reduction of their core competitiveness,and the impact of foreign banks and other issues,the banking sector have adopted a strategic alliance strategy,through the industry and cross-industry to establish a resource sharing,complementary advantages of the competitive cooperative relations according to reputation,technology,market,human and other resources to cope with this increasingly complex environmental changes.With the increasing strategic alliance by the banking industry to adopt,its performance analysis and evaluation is particularly important.The performance evaluation of the strategic alliance of the banking industry is not only an evaluation of the benefits brought by the strategic alliance to the alliance participants,but also the evaluation of the alliance's own performance.Through the evaluation of the strategic alliance of the banking industry,the alliance participants can not only understand the specific situation of the implementation of the alliance and the realization of the alliance objectives,but also through the performance evaluation to find out the advantages and disadvantages of the implementation of the alliance and the importance of various factors to achieve the objectives of the alliance.So the better recommendations can be proposed to further improve and optimize the alliance to achieve the desired objectives.According to the current situation of the strategic alliance of the banking industry,this paper divides the strategic alliance of the banking industry into two forms of equity and contract.Through observing and discovering that the alliance has the characteristics of combining internalization and marketization,interdependence and cooperation.And analyzes the development status of the strategic alliance of the banking industry through swot analysis,and recognizes the necessity and implementation of the strategic alliance in the banking industry.As the performance evaluation of strategic alliance is an inter-organizational performance evaluation,Balanced Scorecard as a comprehensive performance evaluation management tool,not simply consider the financial indicators,but from the four dimensions of the evaluation of corporate performance,to meet the effective performance evaluation and strategic,but this balanced scorecard only applies to the internal performance evaluation,can not meet the performance evaluation among organizations.Therefore,based on the characteristics of the strategic alliance of the banking industry,based on the four dimensions of the Balanced Scorecard,this paper designs the performance evaluation index system which conforms to the strategic alliance of the banking industry and constructs the performance evaluation model of the banking strategic alliance by adopting the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the strategic alliance's own performance,to achieve the possibility of external evaluation of corporate performance,while the strategic evaluation of the banking industry to provide theoretical basis and basis for practice.So we can make it to better serve the banking industry,thereby enhancing the strength of China's financial industry,to resist the threat of financial crisis.
