In recent years, the strategic alliance of construction corporation has developed rapidly during the international field of construction market, however, it is more slower to develop in China. There is a growing widening gap between Chinese construction enterprise and foreign construction enterprise of established strategic alliance. With Chineseconstruction industry decline in economic growth, and entered foreign construction enterprise, Chinese Construction Corporation will face the most fiercely marketing competitions. To obtain the common advantage between construction enterprise and interested party, it is necessary to make a research on how to build a strategic alliance in order to obtain competitive advantage for construction enterprise, which is a problem that must be dissolved quickly.The ecological synergetic theory, game theory, risk management theory and maturity theory has been regarded as the foundation of this study research, the analytic hierarchy process、linear programming and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are applied as main research method, it evaluates the structuring、operation and performance appraisal in relevant problems of construction enterprise. Firstly, in the structuring of enterprise strategic alliance, it evaluates the effects on alliance stability of enterprise ecological niche that is bases on ecological niche theory, it has put forward cooperative alliance partner selection and alliance members’profit distribution model by running analytic hierarchy process and Shapley value algorithm. Secondly, it evaluates the operating mechanism of strategic alliance, the strategic alliance constraints、motivation mechanism has been analyzed, The causing reason of alliance risk, the risk assessment index is ensured by using questionnaire survey, and create risk assessment model, and proposed risk control strategy. Thirdly, based on the maturity theory, the alliance degree assessment system is designed with three dimensions which are organization support system、organized business system and strategic cooperation, and it creates the maturity assessment model of strategic alliance by using fuzzy comprehensive assessment method.The innovation of this dissertation is as follows:(1) The Shapley value algorithm is applied to the profit allocation among the strategic cooperation partners in the construction. On the analysis of construction corporation strategic partner in the basis of partners selection, based on the application of Shapley value method in the profit distribution model, the profit distribution model is corrected by each members’risk coefficient.(2) It evaluates the linear incentive model of enterprise strategic alliance among the linear programming method. Analyzed the construction enterprise strategic alliance under the information symmetry and information asymmetry of linear incentive model problem, it provides the theory basis for motivation decision and profit distribution of construction enterprise strategic alliance operation on processing.(3) To utilize Intuitionistic Fuzzy so as to create the risk assessment model of construction corporate strategic alliance. The main causes of risk have been revealed by analyzing risk elements of construction corporate strategic alliance. The risk assessment model of construction corporate strategic alliance has been built by applying Intuitionistic Fuzzy theory. And the risk pre-warning and defensive mechanism have been proposed based on that.(4) The performance assessment model of construction corporate strategic alliance was designed by maturity theory. The performance assessment system of strategic alliance was built by three aspects as corporate alliance support systematic maturity、organized operation system maturity and strategic coordination maturity, the comprehensive fuzzy assessment method is applied to evaluate performance assessment model ofstrategic alliance.
