Research On Evaluation System Of Balance Benefit For Enterprises Participating In Alliance

Strategic alliance plays a more and more important role in the existing economic society. But in the real world, it is still a difficult job to make decision about the alliance because of the huge risk of the Union itself. That is what this paper try to do: to establish a complete evaluation system for the participating enterprise to evaluate its benefits from the alliance.In this paper, it is said that companies gain from a union from two aspects: accessing recourse, learning from partners and imitation of ability. BSC is used to evaluate benefit from the alliance for participating enterprise in this paper.As performance risk and relational risk of the Union, there will be certain volatility of the company's performance. And this volatility should be considered during alliance related decision, while most existing alliance performance evaluation doesn't contain alliance risk.On one hand, this article adds the indicator of alliance risk in the final balanced scorecard model to help managers gain intuitive understanding of alliance risk; on the other hand, further corresponding indicators for the relevant risk is added on financial, internal business, customer, learning and growth four specific aspects.During the assessment of alliance risk, this paper explains related risk from the point of enterprise resource and applies the AHP method to establish a quantitative assessment model.Although this paper tries to establish a best evaluation of participating enterprise's benefit, it doesn't give the assessment of alliance cost, which should be studied further during the following research.
