Some people say entering the 21st,enterprise competition is a competition of talents.Only qualified and quality people,it may be in an invincible position in the competition.Enterprises will be able to channel talent,can recruitment from the labor market,and can be the training of existing personnel.Enterprises can not at any time in recruiting suitable talents,in the long run,the training of talents is the key to progress in enterprises.The growth of talent and progress is inseparable from the training.In a bid to realize their goal,enterprises must take a strategic high point of attention and emphasis on training.This paper provides an analysis on the characteristics of small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises,based on this proposed to the various levels of staff training.Especially for the training of senior management personnel,the impact of small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises.
