Today is a highly developed era of knowledge economy.Demands for human resource management and training are more obvious with the rapid development of enterprises.Competition between enterprises changed from resources,facilities to the integration of hardware and software resources such as talent and knowledge.Staff training is a growth channel for the employees,it could spread professional and technical knowledge as well as popularize the corporate culture.It’s an important way for many enterprises to cultivate internal talent,and to ensure a sustainable development of outstanding persons in their areas.The theoretical research progress of human resource and training within the industry are analyzed in this paper,as well as the achievements of theoretical research stages.Concerning about the status of the research object and its problems,the necessity of the implementation of staff training is raised by the example of Yellow River medium-sized hydropower company.Training plan and the specific implementation of the curriculum system are established in this paper after theoretical analysis,and have been effectively implemented in the actual work.Then the questionnaire was designed for the Yellow River medium-sized hydropower company.After the reliability verification and the guaranteeing of the basic reliability,the questionnaire was sent to each power station,and feedback information was analyzed.The problems of the training work were listed according to the company’s comprehensive situation.Finally,training countermeasures and suggestions for small and medium-sized hydropower enterprises are proposed in this paper.The Kirkpatrick Model is used to evaluate the training effects of the company that the author works for.The introduction chapter elaborates the research backgrounds,the research methods and progresses.The second chapter is about the theoretical knowledge and evaluation method related to training management.The third chapter is about the content and importance of staff training.In the fourth chapter,implementation of the training work of Yellow River medium-sized hydropower company is mentioned as an example.The fifth chapter is about the problems and causes of the training of Yellow River medium-sized hydropower company.The sixth chapter is about the countermeasures and suggestions for the training work of small and medium-sized hydropower enterprises.The last chapter is a summary. |
