Tendering Analysis And Study For International Project

Being established in the tendering management of international bidding for onshore project, this article aims to puting forward the improvement scheme for the tendering management. For this intention, the article does a well analysis and study on the tendering management of international project.The article firstly introduces and analyzes feasible methodology and experiences that commonly used in tendering of international project. Secondly, as more and more international bidding for onshore projects utilizing offshore sourcing/financing in China, the article also attempt to figures out the status quo, like BOQ composing and bidding evauationg method choosing, etc., that existed in our national tendering market and how to deal with those issues accordingly.The article precedes the improvement scheme with much comparison analysis and a lot of demonstration. As to the choosing of bidding valuating methods for onshore international project owned by national enterprise of our country, this paper brings forward a scientific and efficacious means: performance-price ratio method.At the end of the article, the author also use game theory to analysis the behaviors between both sides. As per the rich experience, the author analysis many nonstandard behaviors often used by vendors during biding. Aiming at these nonstandard, the article gives off the mighty replying comportments tit for tat.
