| In the knowledge-based economy society, technical knowledge play a more and more important role as a kind of enterprises knowledge asset. Technical knowledge can be distinguished as tacit technical knowledge which is hard to be encoded and explicit knowledge which is easy to be encoded. Because tacit technical knowledge is hard to be imitated, it can produce great economic benefit. Tacit technical knowledge is the foundation of enterprises core competence and the important wellspring of keep competitive advantage. However, a good many of enterprises attach importance to explicit tacit technical knowledge and neglect tacit technical knowledge. Tacit technical knowledge still can not work well as productivity to accelerate enterprises progress.Based on summarizing the definition, character and the history of research in home and abroad, this paper specializes in the composition, transferring and utilizing of tacit technical knowledge for enterprise's PLC system maintainer.Then analyses the technic means of externalizing tacit technical knowledge,designs a three-level maintained repository depend on the knowledge composition of PLC system maintainer, promptly special item maintain repository,general item maintain repository and trade maintain repository,and achieves externalizing tacit technical knowledge of enterprise's PLC system maintainer finally. |
