Researches on knowledge management have greatly increased in recent years. Tacit knowledge, because of its usefulness, difficulty for express, causal ambiguity and so on, becomes the key aspect of the enterprise competitive advantage, thus is a very important part of the knowledge management theory. But tacit knowledge which is had by individual has limited functions, and is at the danger of drain along with the staff resignation. Tacit knowledge can display giant lever effectiveness, excavate the enterprise potential, create and maintain enterprise's competitive advantage when the tacit knowledge is shared by staffs.At present Researchers use different standard to distinguish tacit and explicit knowledge, this has hindered further research on the tacit knowledge management, whether the knowledge can be expressed is a reasonable standard for distinguish between tacit and explicit knowledge. The owner characteristics of tacit knowledge had the important influence to the tacit knowledge management. The article classifies the owners of tacit knowledge.There are two kinds of transfer mode of tacit knowledge in the enterprise: explicit transfer mode and tacit transfer mode. The paper analyzes each type of tacit knowledge transfers between different owners under each kind of mode in the corporation. These two kinds of modes can be used in respective context, the enterprise may choose one mode as the main pattern, another as the auxiliary mode according to its condition, Success tacit knowledge transfer needs to utilize the knowledge management tool reasonably. This article divides management tool of tacit knowledge transfer into two kinds: manages tool, technical tool, this provides the concrete instruction for the tacit knowledge transfer practice in enterprise. Internal factors of enterprise such as organizational structure, drive, culture has key influence on the tacit knowledge transfer, elaborate design for these factors enormously promote tacit knowledge transfer in the corporation.
