In the management system of whole human resources, we can say, most directly, the most capable , most effective tool is setting up and keeping a good, dynamic, sound salary administrative system.With the going on thoroughly of electric system reform, the company is becoming fiercer in competition that five after separating the foctory and network generates electricity greatly, newly build , reconstruct , have the great gradual implementation which limit the lower , desulphurization environmental protection project, the demand to high skill talents will continue expanding . So, stabilize staff's team and make it share the achievement of reform , development with enterprises, guarantee on the fair , just basis the encouragement of the salary seems particularly important.This text passes the exposition about the development trends of the theory and current salary management of management of the salary correctly, manage history , current situation and management of standardizing implemented to the salary of Y power plant under H group soon to diagnose , have made an appraise and proposed improving the direction.
