Hunan Province Yuanlen water power plant is a heavy two type water power enterprise in our country. She have been created the enormous economic benefits and social benefit since four units all went into operation in 1979. Deepen the new situation updated with industry's technology in the face of the electric system reform, Yuanlen has to challenges of such as strategy making the transition, new technology, shunting to enlarge, etc. Perfecting human resources management system, especially performance system and development strategy of supporting enterprises of system of the compensation, it is a problem of human resources management badly in need of solution at present.In this paper, I has carried on research in basic theories and basic procedure designed to the system of the general compensation on the basis of summarizing relevant research results, define people this management compensation basic frame and thinking that system design. Have analysed the human resources current situation of power plant and compensation current situation that Yuanlen on this basis, direct against a set of feasible compensation systems of actual design of the power plant that Yuanlen, related degree examined in order to strengthen compensation system and performance, improve the appraisal and fairness of the compensation, give play to the encouragement function of the system of the compensation, strengthen staff's satisfaction, realize personnel's optimization grouping, promote the promotion of staff's self-development job ability, thus improve the overall performances of enterprises.To adjusting the principle to the structure of the compensation, level according to the change in such factors as the enterprise outside and inside environment ,etc. finally, put forward scheme this succeed in the precondition of implementation.
