With the globalization of economy being continually accelerating, the intensity and frequency that the environment changes that enterprise competes, the competition between enterprises becomes severer than ever. Confronted with the drastic competition, enterprises should enhance their capability of core competition by adapting the present situation, grasping the opportunity, adopting talent strategy, establishing effective encouraging and competitive system inside the enterprises, in order to survive and realize development.This study combines investigation, literatures and practice. After doing diagnosis systematically on human resource management (HRM) in TTZJ, considering the human resources (HR) current situation and problems, we make a strategic human resource management system (SHRM) and optimize the key operation process and the framework of organization according to the developing strategy for the company.In Chapter One, the environment and developing tendency of the theory of SHRM and its characteristic under knowledge economy are emphatically expatiated, expounding the logical framework of the article and the significance of this article. To the theory of SHRM related, in Chapter Two, deeply analysis is made. In Chapter Three introduces TTZJ Company, describes the developing strategy. Deeply analysis on HR current situation and problems is made completely in Chapter Four. After doing diagnosis systematically on current HRM in TTZJ, we make a strategic human resource management system (SHRM) according to the theory of SHRM and the developing strategy for the company, which concludes the restructure of framework of organization, employment, training, performance management and salary management. Then some advice about how to carry out the system is gave in Chapter Six. The human resource strategy that will be adopted by TTZJ can meet the requirement of TTZJ's developing strategy and its long-term development with great operability.
