The 21st century is knowledge-economical era. The key of competition in this era is HR and it has become the key strategic sources which lead to the developing of an enterprise. How to recruit and keep talents and to encourage them work for the organization and make the enterprise has its own core competency based on these HR is relative to the Pay designing which is the core ring of the HR management. The main task of this present essay is to research the scientific paying system and to make the scientific pay design of TC Corporation in order to help the corporation to improve self-capability and market-position under this situation.According to the real situation, the paper made a systematical research on TC Corporation'reward system design based on modern management theories, especially reward management and analytical approaches which consist of quality and quantity methods. By using several analytical methods, such as Linear Programming method, Hay Group's reward evaluating model and so on, the paper does the analysis of the company's posts. Based on the company's strategy and it's particuliarities of industy, the essay made out the reward system design of the company which TC Corporation can adopt. Upon this basis, the restructuring of the reward system of TC Corporation will be selected. At last the essay give some suggestions of how to put the reward designing into implementation...
