The development of an enterprise depends on the quality improvement of the staff. Especially after China's participation in the WTO, the competition among enterprises tends to be more intensive. Apart from the competition for market and resources, the competition for talent is the key. Under the both actions of internal environment and external pressure, training has been emphasized more and more by enterprises. The questions are how to improve the current status of training under the current circumstances, to overcome the difficulties of training, and to adapt training to the enterprise development strategy in order to guarantee the sustained, stable, and healthy development of enterprises. This paper is intended to analyze the questions and to seek solutions.This paper aims at all kinds of problems existed in enterprise training, based on Xiaoya Air-conditioning Ltd. In Zhongshan City. It begins from the modern enterprise management theory of the training system and the current situation of enterprise, analyzes and studies the whole process of training, and focuses on the several parts of training system, including study of training demand, the methods and implementation of training demand analysis, study of training plan formulation, key points and process of training plan formulation, design of training programs with design, implementation, choosing training plans, and choosing instructors, and assessment of the training effects, process of assessment of training, and the establishment of training assessment system. According to the actual situation in Xiaoya Air-conditioning Ltd. In Zhongshan City, the paper studies training plan formulation and training assessment to make the theory to be more realistic. In order to change the current training situation, it is necessary to establish the idea of training management of whole process, and emphasize the management of the plan, implementation, control, and feedback. The paper focuses on the analysis of training structure and implementation, and application of analytical models, intended to guide the training process in enterprises.
