Under the entry of China into the WTO and the formation of the integration of world economy, business enterprises of China will face unprecedented opportunities and challenges, the competition between the business enterprises will also reach an unprecedented vigorous degree. To place ourselves in an invincible position in the future competition, we should focus on the talented person, as they will be the kernel to obtain competitive advantages and form core competencies. Therefore, the human resource management will become more and more important. The human resource management of the business enterprise is an organic system. In it, every part is closely linked with each other. Among these parts, the performance evaluation is in the core position. It plays a prominent role and provides a foundation for other works in the human resource department. Therefore, how well the performance evaluation is made has direct effect on the success of human resource management in business enterprises. This paper tries to make a deep research on performance evaluation for employee of Jixing Freeway limited company, which is needed to make foundation for further development.Based on an in-depth discussion of current research and application status of domestic and overseas performance evaluation theories, the paper analyses the actual situation of performance evaluation of Jixing freeway limited company, and points out the existing problems. At last, on base of the establishing principle of performance evaluation system, we use KPI and AHP methods to establish index system and index weight, and establish the new performance evaluation system. Furthermore, the paper discusses the using of the evaluation result. We hope the research could be helpful to the human resource management for the company.
