Among the enterprise management tools, perfonnance management is one of the most effective methods. With the establishment of modern enterprise management system of state-owned enterprises, many enterprises in the actual operation of the performance management approach to promote and apply. Because of the 360 degree performance appraisal method is the assessment of the main selection on a wider scope, index selection more convenient, not a fixed assessment mode within the limits of employees, in accordance with the statistical analysis of probability, to avoid the shortage of the one sidedness, makes the evaluation results more reliable has become the primary evaluation the performance management system for enterprises.In this paper, CQ company's performance management system as a demonstration of the company's current development of the situation and performance management in-depth understanding, by the 360-degree evaluation method, re design of its performance appraisal system. This paper consists of six parts:the first part is the introduction, describes the research background, the meaning of this article, it will determine the overall research framework; the second part is on the performance and the related theory, laid a theoretical foundation for this research foundation; the third part, the performance management situation analysis with CQ's current put forward to improve the performance, some problems influencing; fourth part, through the application of 360 degree evaluation method, re design of the CQ performance appraisal system. The fifth part, based on the improved strategy of this paper, is the key basis for the CQ engineering company to develop measures to ensure the smooth implementation of performance management. The sixth part, the summary of the thesis.Through this study we can get the following conclusions:(1) through the performance management status of CQ company's current can be found, the company adopted the performance appraisal there are several major problems:the evaluation system is not reasonable, it is the evaluation process, evaluation system, narrow subject lacking of motivation, lack of assessment results complaint mechanism; (2) to the performance management of CQ company in several factors issues:the performance management system, there is no difference between the results of heavy light process, lack of detailed assessment indicators, the pertinence is not strong, the perfonnance management of knowledge is not comprehensive; (3) the 360 degree performance evaluation method based on the design of a new performance management system for CQ company, the system realizes the quantitative evaluation results, and set up the assessment indexes related with moral, diligence, ability and achievement and other aspects, to ensure the test Comprehensive nuclear indicators. The main body of the examination is to eliminate the influence of human factors on the evaluation results in the process of traditional performance evaluation, and to achieve the objective of performance results. (4) to promote the application of 360-degree performance evaluation method in CQ company, this paper from the establishment of effective coaching mechanism, ensure the fairness of performance evaluation, the establishment of incentive mechanism and perfect the management organization structure and performance management environment, construction and performance management system adapt to the multiple perspective per the recommendations given, security measures.
