At present, do the Enterprises need to choose the strategy of diversification? It depends that the strategy of diversification can enhance the competencies of anti-venture, or depends that the strategy of specialization can boost the core competencies of the enterprise .Actually, This is only two ways of enterprise management, Analyzing from which, We can't make a conclusion which way is right ,which way is wrong .Because some enterprises do well in the strategy of diversification, such as : GE,3M and Haier etc.; Some in the strategy of specialization deal in well, such as :KFC , Yoshita Car ,Petro China and so on .Whether it needs the strategy of diversification or not, how to implement exactly, this issue should be by the numbers analyzed according to the actual instance of the enterprise, by the theory of Stratagem management of enterprise and the item investment, consequently, it will enhance the core competencies of the enterprise and prolong the lifecycle of enterprises.This thesis, firstly, analyzed the macro-surroundings of the enterprise by the PEST means .Secondly, analyzed the management surroundings and the competition pattern in Michael Porter's Five Forces Model; Thirdly, Using the analysis tools of SWOTS model etc., analyzed the inner surroundings of BF company including enterprise diathesis, management network, enterprise resource etc., and the opportunity and the menace of outer surroundings that the enterprise confronted. Then, Analyzed the stratagem situation in the following tools: stratagem model, Boston matrix, Stratagem Choice Matrix, Value Chain etc. Lastly, dissertated the implement and evaluation of Stratagem, and the strategies which sustains the implement of Stratagem: the strategy of the technique development, the strategy of human resource, the strategy of financing and management and so on.With the market economy developing and the globalization spreading, The enterprises in China are confronted with numerous and complicated competition, especially to the enterprises that run short of the policy monopoly and technique rampart. It is very sticking point to develop the enterprise how to invest rightly and perform decision -making well. By writing this thesis, Penman felt the ability of self-research and enterprise analysis enhanced, meanwhile. It is provided with the research value.
