Research On The Relationship Of Traditional Equipment Manufacturing And High-tech Industry Of Heilongjiang Province

Equipment manufacturing reflects a country's comprehensive strength and it is the fundamental embodiment of international competition, which takes the first place all the time in our country's national economy. Heilongjiang province is one of our country's traditional industry bases, which equipment manufacturing takes great portion in whole industry system, dues to lacking of sufficient recognition that prior to the development of equipment manufacturing in the past and subjecting to the influence of adaptive strategy adjustment and planned economy system, leading to the technique in this industry is lagged behind, especially some traditional equipment manufacturing reflect on obvious lag and lack of competition. At present, Heilongjiang province has realized the impendence and importance to impulse traditional equipment manufacturing utilizing high-tech industry, this paper applies industrial relationship theory, carrying on a relatively systematic research on the relationship of traditional equipment manufacturing and high-tech industry in Heilongjiang province.First, this paper conclude the study actuality of equipment manufacturing and high-tech industry home and abroad; and summarize the industrial chain theory and industrial relationship theory; secondly, this paper on the basis of analyze the development of equipment manufacturing of Heilongjiang province, utilize the industrial chain theory to analyze the actuality and characteristic of traditional equipment manufacturing of Heilongjiang province; thirdly, base on the analysis of basic relation between traditional equipment manufacturing and high-tech industry, this paper combine the theory of industrial relationship, from product contact, produce skill contact, price contact, employment contact, investment contact perspective, carrying through qualitative analysis of relationship between traditional equipment manufacturing and high-tech industry of Heilongjiang province, hereby conclude the key factors which affect the industrial relationship of traditional equipment manufacturing and high-tech industry of Heilongjiang province. This paper applies RAS method to predict the direct consume coefficient and complete consume coefficient between traditional equipment manufacturing and high-tech industry of Heilongjiang province in 2005, adopting input-output analysis method, from industrial relationship and industrial ripple effect two aspects, studying the relationship of traditional equipment manufacturing and high-tech industry of Heilongjiang province. Finally, on the basis of theoretical and demonstrative analysis, the paper offers countermeasure advice to synergetic development of traditional equipment manufacturing and high-tech industry of Heilongjiang province.
