Research On Synergetic Development Of Equipment Manufacturing Industry And High-tech Industry Based On Game Theory

Equipment manufacturing industry has close relationship with the national economy and the people's livelihood, play a very important role in national economy. Now, equipment manufacturing industry in our country has lagged behind developed countries and some new developing regions, so, it is imperative to promote adjustment and reconstruction of our equipment manufacturing industry. Looking at the development of the equipment manufacturing industry in our country and foreign country, many countries are using high technologies to develop equipment manufacturing industry, and take this policy as the critical strategy to the development of equipment manufacturing industry. On the basis of adopting experiences of developed countries, we have realized the imminence and importance of using high-tech industry to promote the development of equipment manufacturing industry. In matter of fact, this paper goes on a deep and comparatively comprehensive study from game theory and demonstration analysis about the synergetic development between equipment manufacturing industry and high-tech industry.First, this paper sums up the study of the equipment manufacturing industry and high-tech industry, introduces the game theory, cooperative R&D and principal-agent theory. Then the paper discusses the relations between equipment manufacturing industry and high-tech industry, analyses the game between equipment manufacturing industry and high-tech industry by using cooperative R&D and principal-agent theory, build game model based on the analysis. The paper chooses the second Machine Tool Ltd. of Qiqihar and Germany's Siemens and the First Automobile Corporation of China for demonstration analysis, anatomizes the results of demonstration analysis. The demonstration analysis validates that the evaluation game model is feasible,reifies the game of synergetic development between equipment manufacturing industry and high-tech industry. At last, under the direction of game theory, the paper puts forward several advices for promoting the game of synergetic development between equipment manufacturing industry and high-tech industry on theory and demonstration analysis. The paper is of very important significance for government to establish policies, promote the adjustment and upgrade of equipment manufacturing industry and the development of high-tech industry.
