Study On High Technicalization Model Of Equipment Manufacturing Industry In Heilongjiang Province

With the globalized advancement's unceasing enhancement, the high and new technology has obtained the swift and violent development. It infiltrates the enormous breadth and the depth into the traditional industry, simultaneously has also had the profound influence to our country's equipment manufacturing industry. Equipment manufacturing industry is the foundation and core of the industry development of a country, which stands for science and technology and society progress. Heilongjiang province as one of the industrial base in China is taking on mission of development of equipment manufacturing industry in a country.At present, although the foundation strength of equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang province is strong, but it faces many new problems and challenges. These issues have become a bottleneck, which restrict the sustainable and rapid development of equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang province. Therefore, in the new century, according to the actual situation of equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang province, and learning from practical experience in developed countries, how to realize equipment manufacturing industry development in Heilongjiang province, has become a significant strategic question, which revitalizes the economy of the old industrial base in Heilongjiang province and achieve leapfrog development.However, the science and technology is becoming an important way for enterprise development. Referring to the domestic and foreign research results in the foundation, this research proposes how to enhance the capability of independent innovation and realize high technology level of enterprises. It's meaningful for the Heilongjiang province's equipment manufacturing industry to improve the innovation ability in technology.This research firstly carries on a comparison between the levels of technology in equipment manufacturing industry at home and abroad by methods of investigation and study, conclusion and deduction, and comparison. Then it comes to the conclusion that though equipment manufacturing industry of Heilongjiang province has strong foundation, it's still faced by many new problems and challenges. Secondly, at the same time this research studies the experience in equipment manufacturing industry at home and abroad, exploring the ways to improve high technology in Heilongjiang's equipment manufacturing industry and proposing some concrete models. Finally, this research proposes some concrete counter measures to realize high technology in equipment manufacturing industry.
