The Study On Influence Factors Of Student Entrepreneurial Orientation

With the developing of chinese reform in 20 years,in 1999,the tide of student's entrepreneurship is rises from all the ground,the modern entrepreneurial spirit breaks through the soil in chinese first time, nowdays,the economic globalization and new economy have provided good opportunities for entrepreneurship.Entrepreneurial activities have been an important part of the today's world,Entrepreneurship has been a popular topic both in society and in universitiy.How about the situation of student's entrepreneurship?which factors affect student entrepreneurial propensity.From investigation,college students commonly show deep attention to the Entrepreneurial activities,And all of them have special unterstand to the choice of the entrepreneurial education,the entrepreneurial environment,entrepreneurial attitude,entrepreneurial propensity,the depth thingking is also indicate:the effect of studengts self-employed significance is very significant,Not only college student self-employed is effective approach to relieve the employment pressure,but also is the ensurement to the national economic development. extant studies of entrepreneurial successful that focus on the resource acquisition and value creation have led to a deeper understangd on the resource requirements of entrepreneurial,but have shed less light on the student entrepreneurial propensity.such as the latent entrepreneurship,college student propensity's studying is good for exploring student entrepreneurship,and push the course of student entrepreneurship.In the present study a model is tested to identify the causes of entrepreneurial propensity among the student in chinese universities.And we explore whether conditions have an impact on the intention to found one's own business.First the author read the studiey view of entrepreneurial theory,entrepreneur's characters,entrepreneurial propensity,second,the author put forward the model of students entrepreneurial propensity (entrepreneurial Premisment,personal characters,entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial environment),afterward,the author defined several great respects of the influence factor and designed the questionnaire.the survey of 363 students at wenzhou broadly confirms the model.1,student's personality of enterprise show positive effect on entrepreneurial propensity through entrepreneurial attitude. 2,entrepreneurial Premisment showed positive effect on entrepreneurial propensity through entrepreneurial attitude.3,entrepreneurial attitude have positive influences on entrepreneurial propensity.4,entrepreneurial environment showed positive effectly on entrepreneurial propensity,contains:Macroscopic environment,university environment and personal society capital.
