Study On The Dilemma,Causes And Countermeasures Of Farmers' Entrepreneurship In Ninghai County

Farmers' entrepreneurship is an effective way to solve the problem of farmers' employment and increase their income.However,under the constraints of the environment of farmers' entrepreneurship and the conditions of farmers' entrepreneurs themselves,farmers' entrepreneurship falls into a dilemma.This research takes Ninghai County as an example,combines the previous research experience,according to the entrepreneurship theory deeply analyzes the farmer entrepreneurship present situation,the entrepreneurship influence factor,the entrepreneurship key dimension,through the empirical analysis,This paper discusses the causes and influencing factors of farmers' entrepreneurial dilemma in Ninghai County,and puts forward some concrete countermeasures in order to provide theoretical basis for farmers' entrepreneurs to get out of the predicament and improve their entrepreneurial performance.This paper analyzes the questionnaire data of farmers' entrepreneurs in Ninghai County according to the GEM measurement standard,and probes into the present situation of farmers' entrepreneurship in Ninghai County.Based on the M-O-S model,according to the characteristics of farmers' entrepreneurship in Ninghai County,the paper combs the farmers' entrepreneurial environment.Farmers' entrepreneurial attitude and perception,the mechanism of farmers' entrepreneurial vision.Furthermore,the data are analyzed by the combination of normative analysis and empirical analysis,quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis.The results show that: the entrepreneurial environment is positively correlated with farmers' attitude and perception of entrepreneurship;Entrepreneurial environment is positively correlated with farmer's entrepreneurial vision;entrepreneurial attitude and perception are positively correlated with farmer's final entrepreneurial decision;Entrepreneurship Vision And farmers ultimately entrepreneurial decisions are positively related.Based on the above conclusions,this paper proposes that the government should enrich the way of farmers' entrepreneurship education,increase the introduction of high-end talents,implement the preferential policies of entrepreneurship,and effectively safeguard and protect the legitimate rights and interests of entrepreneurial farmers;At the social level,it is necessary to create a good environment for industrial development,develop entrepreneurial culture and set up an advanced entrepreneurial model.In order to improve the comprehensive quality and skills of peasant entrepreneurs,it is necessary to set up a new concept of entrepreneurship,cultivate good psychological quality and improve their entrepreneurial ability,and improve their enthusiasm and initiative.Improve the overall level of local farmers' entrepreneurship,help farmers' entrepreneurs out of the predicament of entrepreneurship,and promote the local economy Sustained development...
