Research On Risk-management Model For Lianyungang Branch Of China Construction Bank

With the development of financial freedom, economic globalization and financial innovation since 1970s, especially after the entrance to WTO, China's financial industry gradually opens to the outside. Under the constantly better supervision standards and rules home and abroad, compared with the overall risk-management abilities of the foreign advanced banks, China Construction Bank has been facing the outstanding problems of how to manage the risk and balance the profit better, so the overall risk-management growing of each branch institute of the bank is always an urgent and significant subject to be solved earlier, due to the structure and profits of the organization, therefore to construct and run the secondary branch risk-management model becomes the basic and critical link to promoting and shortening the above process.This paper studies how to construct the overall risk-management model in Lianyungang branch of China Construction Bank. Studying the relevant theories, I explore the specific framework of the overall risk-management model in Lianyungang branch of China Construction Bank, which is devoted to becoming an international top commercial bank. To form the framework of risk-management environment, risk-management organization, risk-management process and risk-management information, I try to make out the chart of Lianyungang branch overall risk-management model and make a preliminary consideration on the work of Lianyungang branch briefly through elementary coordination and efficiency management.
