Study On Operational Risk Management Strategy Of China Construction Bank Hubei Branch

With the rapid development of Chinese economy,the bank's financial business tends to be complicated and diversified,and all kinds of products and business are constantly upgrading.The difficulties and challenges of risk regulation are becoming more and more serious.Commercial banks in this are in the changing trend,only strengthen their own business risk management and build a comprehensive risk management strategy can they improve the ability to respond to risks in a variety of environments.In most of the banks,the operational risk to a large extent restricted the further development of the bank,that has become the core of the banking risk system.Even in today's economic and information integration era,operational risk is still a lot of deficiencies.Based on this background,this paper study on the the operational risk management strategy of China Construction Bank of Hubei,and mainly completed the following work: Combined with the relevant theories and practices at home and abroad to analyze the operational risk management of banks,and described its characteristics,classification,sources,and trends.This paper introduces the general situation of the operation risk management system of Hubei Construction Bank,analyzes the characteristics of China Construction Bank's operational risk management strategy from the five aspects: the classification of risk classification,the combination of off-site and on-site audit,the effective business continuity,the separation of front and back of the counter business,and the business risk identification.Analyzes the shortcomings of Hubei Construction Bank in business operation risk management,and discusses the reasons for the formation of business operation risk.At last,this paper puts forward four suggestions on the operation risk management strategy of China Construction Bank of Hubei.
