Organizational citizenship behavior is the role of behavior ,which is conducive to the organization and formed by a series of informal cooperation acts constitute. With tincreased competition and complexed and changed in internal and external environment of corporates, more and more attentions are paid by managers to organizational citizenship behavior. for the organization. As an important influencing factor for organizational citizenship behavior, the relationship between Job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior become a hot research focus in Western scholars and entrepreneurs in recent years and gotten some Results.However, this research in China is still in infancy. There are some results which revealed that organizational citizenship behavior is the cultural background-dependent feature, based on the Western culture, they have not directly applied to China's management practices. This thesis seeks to explore the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior under the Chinese culture in order to enrich and improve theories for job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior, and it have a practical sense in job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior management practices under the Chinese culture .Firstly, this paper has reviewed the related theory of job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior, and based on these theory have proposed this study ideas and assumptions; Secondly, made the empirical investigation of the relationship of Chinese workers job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior in the form of a questionnaire survey; Third, build SEM and using SPSS, Amos, and other related statistical software to the questionnaire data collected by the project analysis, factor analysis, variance analysis. The research findings show:①Job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior significantly positive correlation;②Leadership, colleagues, work return, the working environment and self-development dimension of job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior were significantly correlated;③Leadership dimension of job satisfaction had the positive effects on self, organization and social dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior;④Colleagues dimension of job satisfaction had the positive effects on group, organizational and social dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior;⑤Return dimension of job satisfaction had positive effects on group and social dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior;⑥Work environment dimensions of job satisfaction had the positive effects on self dimension of organizational citizenship behavior;⑦Self-development dimensions of job satisfaction had the positive effects on self dimension of organizational citizenship behavior;⑧State-owned enterprises and private enterprises job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior relations are different;⑨Different gender, age, education, working time, job conditions and the type of work, the relationship of job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior differences.This paper has made up the Chinese cultural context of job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior on the lack of relationship; Compared with the similar results, the paper study on the deeper levels of job satisfaction for all dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior characteristics of the impact of different levels. It has theoretical value and practical significance of the Chinese cultural context of job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior, and, the study variables settings make some breakthroughs than ever before.
