Organizational Citizenship Behavior is the role of behavior which is formed by a series of informal cooperation acts, but it benefits the organization. OCB can improve business performance. Job satisfaction as an attitude influences organizational citizenship behavior as a behavior. Studies have shown that a sense of high satisfaction of employees show more organizational citizenship behaviors. From the knowledge-based team as a starting point to study between the job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior relationship, it is conducive to verify the results have been abroad. Domestic scholars have't almost studied relationship research of knowledge-based team's job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. This article will help to promote further research in this area. This article want to explore that Chinese culture and Western culture have what is the difference in the work itself and other incentives for the knowledge-based team on how to influence organizational citizenship behaviors, so it guide the management of knowledge-based team members.Firstly, this article has reviewed the related theory of job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior from the content, dimensions, surveys and the current research and theoretical review, and based on these theory have proposed ideas and assumptions; Secondly, The questionnaire of job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior is the major form that knowledge-based team members are targeted in this investigation survey; Third, using SPSS and using Amos statistical software to the questionnaire data collected by the project analysis, factor analysis, validity analysis, reliability analysis and causal analysis between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. The main conclusions shows:Fist, the work itself of the job satisfaction is a positive dimension to organizational citizenship behavior dimensions which have helping colleagues dimensions, maintenance of interpersonal harmony dimension, asking questions dimension and Proactive work dimension; In the knowledge-based teams, the work itself and other incentives factors can stimulate team members to show more of the organizational citizenship behavior than the health factors. The conclusion has confirmed the two-factor theory of Herzberg and Masi Nuo hierarchy of needs theory is correct. It fill the gap relation studies between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior based on Knowledge Team. So it has more practical significance to guid the management of team members.
