| The threats, which play a decisive role in the survival and development of enterprises, can be found in the acceleration of Electric Multi-Industry Enterprises (EMIM) development which leads to severe business competition as well as rapid growth of new enterprises in the place of old ones, the deficiency of liquidity, and excessive debts problems. This also implies that those risks which come from external environments cannot be eliminated as well. However, it is believed that through the enhancement of internal management efficiency, risk can be reduced and reasonably avoided, or even if risk happens, the loss resulted can be minimized. This thesis aims to provide a systematic approach to the indicators of enterprises'risk management and explore how enterprises can respond strategically, with the data drawn from one primary EMIM which was thoroughly investigated regarding its risk management caused by the industrial characteristics as well as the essential role of finance. This study contributes to the understanding of risk– particularly in terms of how risk emerges and develops– and the exploration of solutions on the preparation and management of encountering risks, which help enterprises maintain stability and sustainable development. |
