Electric power marketing audit is a systemic marketing control tool. At present, there exist a lot of problems in Chinese electric power marketing. It's require the power marketing appraisal and marketing control to discover the problems and dig out the opportunities in the power marketing movement, then to further enhance the marketing management level and improve the serving marketing effect. Therefore, study the power marketing audit, it not only has the academic value,but also has stronger theoretical significance.This paper firstly overviewed the current domestic and international research status of the marketing audit, summarized all relevant theory, analyzed the contents of the marketing audit and its existing method, comparatively analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the various methods Then, it combined with the actual case of SiShui "Rainbow Project" to carry on a comprehensive power marketing audit, including the marketing environmental audit, the services audit, the Strategy audit, the organization audit, the system audit and the customer confidence audit, and then put forward the recommendations according to the audit results. Finally, it probed into current China's marketing audit problems and the reasons, try to bring about the countermeasures.
