Research On Project Management Based On The Technical Innovation Of Anqing Petrochemical Corporation

This dissertation analyse the project management process in the technical innovation of Coking Installation of Anqing Petrochemical Corporation with project management theory,and points out some problems and shortages. As for the problems caused from the implementation of functional organization structure,such as insufficient coordination among departments of the project, lacking of activity for the project members to participate in the project, and unclear responsibility for the failure of the project, this dissertation proposes that the corporation should adopt project manager responsibility system and matrix organizational structure instead of the functional one. For the problems in the cost management of the project, this dissertation proposes that the corporation should strengthen the training of comprehensive management talents, enchance their abilities to search and grasp market information, improve purchasing management system, enchance cost sense of all members,and so on. For the problems in progress control, this dissertation proposes that the corporation should take advanced management methods and tools,and implement progress management in the whole life of the project,optimize relationship among cost, progress and quality, standardize the management of the construction units,and so on. For the problems in the quality management, this dissertation proposes that the corporation should enchance quality sense of all staffs, perfect the quality guarantee system,and deal with quality management in the whole life of the project, strengthen supervisory management, select construction units cautiously,and so on.Finally, this dissertation proposes that the technical innovation should be based on the objective situation of the corporation, and considering the long-term strategy of development, correctly deal with dialectical relationship among investment, progress and quality, then, the comprehensive goal of technical innovation can be achieved successfully.
