Research On Risk Management In International Petrochemical Equipment Project Of SP Company

With the development of economic globalization and the strengthening of comprehensive national power,we has joined the organization of the WTO,and the influence in the world has become more and more deeply,it caused "made in China" has become one of the important forces in the world.At the same time,some petrochemical suppliers have implemented the strategy of "going global" and undertaken more and more international petrochemical projects.The implementation of the project includes the previous investigation and the postengineering,procurement,and manufacturing.With the development of internationalization of enterprises,they explore the international oil&gas market actively,participate in international competition,and occupies a place in the international market,the international project has made a breakthrough from the single category to more comprehensive,more complexity and uncertainty.Along with the manufacturing enterprises' weakness and the extensive working and management style,they lacked of experience to know and cope the risk management of international project,special for the unprofessional of risk consciousness and management in large international petrochemical project.As the international competition becomes more and more intense,marketing becomes more and more challenging,all these will inevitably lead to the great risk of international petrochemical project.Practical experience proved that related project risk is growing up,and the risk losses are development deeply.In order to avoid the risk,increase the chances of getting profit,which makes the international risk management of petrochemical project activities is extremely urgent.Therefore,in order to develop the international petrochemical projects in well condition in the future,research of the risk management of international petrochemical project of SP Company is selected as the research direction of this paper.Firstly,this paper analyzes start from the risk character,and combines with the characteristics of international petrochemical projects,systematic research and analysis its risk factors,establish risk factor index list.Getting the overall commonness of project risk,drawing lessons learn from the relevant experience and data base,thereby setting up a suitable risk management framework and expounding the main risk management content for enterprise future international projects development.And consequently effective putting forward the risk identification,the risk analysis,and the main measures of risk response.Secondly,this paper detail introduces the relevant methods and tools of risk identification,and use these knowledge to classify risk source recognition,established a relatively perfect index system of risk identification,it can provide the database for further risk analysis and offering risk response countermeasures subsequent.Thirdly,this paper also introduces a variety of risk analysis method and train of thought,this paper mainly uses the “Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method”,“Expert Investigation Method”,and “Analytic hierarchy process(AHP)” to conduct risk analysis combine qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,selection of scientific index system of risk analysis,thereby obtain the risk happen probability and the evaluation value of risk losses,using the “Comprehensive Fuzzy Evaluation Method” to get the final evaluation results.It can provide relevant basis for risk management.Finally,this paper emphatic introduce the risk response measures,the risk avoidance,risk control,risk transfer and risk retention,and combine them to put forward the combination risk response strategy.It can provide strategy plan for the international petrochemical projects in the process of risk management.This paper will be a combination of qualitative and quantitative.For a special countries,special project risk,we will take analysis with risk management knowledge,understand and solve the suppliers' problem.The final aim is to act as risk management for international petrochemical projects.It's really specific targeted and practical significance.This paper stands in the point of international petrochemical suppliers,detailed analysis the possible risk factors during the project preparation stage and implementation stage,and puts forward how to management these risk factors effectively.It can reduce the risk happen possibility and probability,and then reduce the risk losses,improve the enterprise's profit margin.Meantime enhance the competitiveness of Chinese international petrochemical suppliers,clear guidance for them exploring the international market,adapting to the economic development of globalization,dealing with the challenges & opportunities of WTO.Through to the risk facors analysis of international petrochemical projects,expect to contribute a data base work for risk managers to quickly predict the project risk,make corresponding decision,control the project risks accordingly.Also at the same time,it can warm the further projects to correctly identify risks,analyze risk,and to guard against risks in the different stages of project conducting.It's really benefit for the Chinese petrochemical enterprises to provide the data analysis and meaningful support,and to better undertake the internaltional projects.With the contract scope of international projects,involving the idea of comprehensive risk management.The development of international projects is a dynamic process,the conducting of the whole process,the
