Study On The Key Of Technical Innovation Project Management On Heavy Truck Casting Bridge Shell

Technical innovation project plays an important role in the development of enterprises; the successful implementation of the project is an important driving force for the development of enterprises and the key factor to get the competitive advantage in the market environment that filled with the brutal competition. As one of the most important branches of management, project management has become an important way to survive. And the success of the project can even decide the survival of enterprises. The success of the project depends on the effective control of the project targets, for example, cost, schedule and quality. All the project managements should study and reveal the law of the changes of project management, enhance the management and control of projects in order to achieve the expected results of project management, and realize the identified goal under the limited schedule, budget and quality standards.At present, because of the widespread phenomenon of the delay of the schedule, the poor quality, and the low efficiency and so on, the rate of success of the construction projects is less than 30 percent in China. The management of construction projects is a complex system project, because the construction projects have the attribute to higher investment, more participating units, complex management, and higher quality requirement and so on. In so many affecting factors of project management, there are the bottlenecks of management and key affecting factors. They will directly impact on the success of the project. So that it is an important content to control the key of project management.Based on the research of practice of management on heavy truck casting bridge shell, considering the organizing of efficient project team and the implementation of concurrent engineering, using the methods of Advanced Product Quality Planning, the potential failure modes and analysis of the consequences as the focus and key point of project management, this paper cast the measures and ideas of improving the management level of the technical innovation project.
