Study On Countermeasures Of China To Take In Service Outsourcing Offshore Of Foreign Transnational Corporations

With the development of globalization and information technology, the service off shoring has developed rapidly and become the strategic option of many transnational corporations. It also leads to the new shift of industries around the world. The structure of international struggle in the sector of service outsourcing industry has been formed primarily. The U.S.A, Europe and Japan are the main buyers in the world. The competition among the vendors have become increasingly scorching. Many countries, include developed countries like Ireland, new economy system like Singapore, and developing countries like India and China, have stepped into the group to take in the service outsourcing. India is the first choice of transnational corporations. It is hopeful that China will become another center of service outsourcing during the next ten years. Confronted with the opportunity of the global service transferring and the scorching competition among the vendors, China should take a series measures and take in service outsourcing actively in order to transform China from "Made in China" to "Service in China".This paper includes seven chapters. The paper first analyzes the reason, impact and trend of the service outsourcing. Then, by contrast with India, we analyze the actuality of the service outsourcing industry, and find out the differences between China and India. And next, according to SWOT mode, we anatomize the circumstance inside and outside of China, upon four facets such as strength, weakness, opportunity, threat. This paper puts forward a series countermeasures for taking in service outsourcing. For example, we suggest government making great efforts on promotion policies, management flow, information flat roof, talent absorbing and training, law environment, and suggest enterprises improve their scale, abilities, human resources, quality, intellectual property rights, and so on. At last, by analyzing the successful case of TCS company, an India software magnate, we bring forward some suggestions about outsourcing mode for Chinese enterprises.
