The Research On Liaoning Province's Countermeasures Facing Transnational Corporations' Service Outsourcing

With the development of economic globalization and informationization, the business and competition environment of Transnational Corporations(TCNs) changes greatly. To increase core competitiveness, service outsourcing has become the strategic choice of TCNs, which promotes the worldwide new industrial transfer and offers opportunities for the developing countries to undertake outsourcing. At the beginning, the thesis gives the definition of service outsourcing taking economic globalization and the new industrial transfer as the background, and summarizes the rudiments and theoretical bases about service outsourcing during the process of data-collating. Then, the thesis analyzes the reasons and motives of TCNs'service outsourcing, which provides reference for the outsourcing-undertaking one to make countermeasures.With the trend of TCNs'outsourcing their service businesses more and more obvious, there is greater room and advantage for Liaoning province to undertake businesses of service outsourcing. As a relatively small unit, how should Liaoning province react to and benefit from service outsourcing? The thesis tries to give some suggestions. First of all, the thesis sums up the current situation and advantages of Liaoning province in terms of undertaking service outsourcing. In the development of service outsourcing, Liaoning province concentrates on key cities and corporations which occupy a leading position in this area, so we can take Neusoft Group and Dalian as the representations to illustrate the current situation and advantages of Liaoning province by detailed figures and material. After that, the thesis analyzes the adverse factors in the process of Liaoning's undertaking service outsourcing from two aspects, that is, internal weaknesses and external threats. Finally, the thesis arrives at suggestions from standpoints of the government and service outsourcing undertaking corporations.It comes to conclusion that the ultimate goal of Liaoning's undertaking serve outsourcing is not only in the Japanese market which has the nature of low technique. Liaoning province should exploit the Europe and America market and raise the business level while keeping its predominance in undertaking Japanese businesses. We believe that Liaoning province will create a famous brand in the area of service outsourcing by the joint efforts between the government and corporations.
