Finally, this article takes five representative industrial parks in the GuangXi's counties as cases, and compares development characteristic,the existence questions and reasons of regional embeddedness of industry clusters of industrial districts in western county, and then proposed the corresponding countermeasure and the suggestion, which proofs basic concepts of this article.
