The Tertiary Industry Of The Western Region Of County Development

Regional harmonious development is a key point during the process of future economic development, and the harmony of developed areas and less-developed areas is one of the important aspects. County-economy is an element of the integral development of less-developed areas, and the tertiary industry is a basic component of the economic structure of county in less-developed areas. Accompanying the economic development and the growing of the agriculture and industry, the tertiary industry developed a lot, however quite insufficient. Therefore, from the view of reasonability extent of industry structure and the important historical function of the tertiary industry in county economy, it's of significance to study on the development of the tertiary industry of county in less-developed areas.The classification and relationship of Industry, definition of the tertiary industry, relationship between the development of the tertiary industry and the economic development are expounded. The necessity and feasibility of developing the tertiary industry in counties of the less-developed areas are also comprehensively analyzed. Based on the targets of evaluating the tertiary industry development build by Lijiangfan, a multi-objective evaluation system consisting of 14 targets is set up in this article to evaluate the general development level of the tertiary industry in counties of the less-developed areas. 12 representative counties of Chongqing Three Gorges Reservoir Area are selected as samples, and Factor Analysis is the selected method. And the general conclusions are follows: (1) the general development of the tertiary industry in County is relative lagging; (2) the tertiary industry development target in County is indefinite; (3) there are many reservations.Finally, based on the theory and analysis above, future developing targets of the tertiary industry in counties of the less-developed areas are pointed out, which are these the proportion of the tertiary industry in counties of the less-developed areas should be larger, the industrial structure, the new branches of the tertiary industry should grow up and increase gradually, the modernization of the tertiary industry of County comes true.
