The Study On The City Week Population's Low-Rental House System In Nanning

Low-rental house system is one of the important measure in the Housing security system. It's significance for building a harmonious society. This article expounds how to resolve urban lowest-income households' housing problem in Nanning under the condition of socialism market economic system. It also proposes policy recommendations for improving the low-rental house system in Nanning City.There are five chapters in this article. Main idea of every chapter may be outlined as follow. Chapter one describes the research background and problem, points out the weakness of some prior relative researches on the low-income house system and refers to the difference to those researches. Chapter two deal with the overview of China's low-rental house system .It defines the concepts of vulnerable groups and low-rent housing, and discusses the necessity of building low-rent housing. Chapter three introduces the development and performance of the system in Nanning. This part comparison analyzes the evolution and change of the system, and then assesses the implementation of policy, finally aggregate the effectiveness of the policy. The author analyzes some problems and difficulties that the system faces by making use of materials being obtained from investigation and tries to explain the causes why the system meets such problems in chapter four. According to the problems, some advices are suggested to perfect the system in the last chapter.
