The Positive Research On Behavior Of Saihan District Peasant Households' Vegetables Production And Management

Peasant household's production and management behavior is the important factor that affects the peasant household's income and stable supply of agricultural products. Therefore research and analysis of vegetable production and management behavior of Peasant household, to fully understand and grasp its production and management of all sectors of the characteristics, for the promotion of rural economic development and formulate corresponding policies to regulate the production of vegetables have important practical significance.In this article, Hohhot Saihan District vegetable peasant households as a base for the study, through the random sampling method selected sample of 60 peasant households conducted a survey. This article take the positive analysis primarily, the normative analysis as the auxiliary research technique, to peasant household's production decision-making behavior, the element of production investment behavior, the information acquisition behavior, the use of technology behavior,the quality safety consciousness behavior, the sales behavior has carried on the analysis, and establishes the expansion of Cobb-Douglas Production function to analyzes the factors which affect the peasant household vegetables production and management behavior on the econometric model analysis. Finally, the question which existed in the vegetables production put forward the corresponding policy proposal in view of the peasant household.The main conclusions:⑴The peasant household when carries on the production decision-making, its behavior has the mimetic, empirical as well as keeps and strives for new coexisting the characteristic, and along with the head of household age's growth, The accuracy of joint decision-making more attention by family; Along with the peasant household family member's comprehensive cultural quality's enhancement and the planter age limit's growth, the peasant household to accepts the new variety and studies new technical the hope degree enhancement; The subject matter in the vegetables production is lacks the market information; Peasant household's technology uses the behavior to have the feasibility and narrowness, and its technical choice receives the planter scale and the quality restraint; There are some problems in the use of agricultural chemicals and the fertilizer as well as the process of the abandons vegetables; Peasant household's organization degree is low, lacks effectively the Cooperative organization.⑵In vegetable cultivation, the sown area of vegetables, seeds, seedlings inputs, fertilizer inputs, inputs farmyard manure and pesticides on vegetables into a significant impact on output, the sown area of vegetables, seeds, seedlings inputs, inputs farmyard manure and pesticides on vegetables into a positive impact on production, fertilizer inputs in vegetable production have negative effects. Labor input, other inputs and labor level of education on vegetable production is not affected significantly.Based on the above research conclusion, this article suggested as follows: Enhances the peasant household enthusiasm; Increases the technology content of the vegetables production, control product quality strictly; Expands the education training investment, enhances the technical quality of the labor force; Strengthens to the leading enterprise and the rural economy cooperative organization's support cultivation.
