Research On The Development Countermeasure Of Agricultural Science And Technology Extension System In Hangjinhou County, Inner Mongolia

Because of the influences of many factors ,such as the geography, the culture, the transportation and so on, compared with the developed areas, the agriculture infrastructure in Hangjinhou county is weak ; the agricultural development level is low; the industrial structure is unreasonable; some agricultural products appear surplus in some region. The main restriction factor to limit the rural economy development is the information unenlightened and the technical service insufficiency. In this paper, the author visits the massive peasant households, proposes the agricultural science and technology extention development's main direction, superiority, management ways, mentality and countermeasure. The concrete methods are the feasibility analysis, the visit investigation, the materials collection and the reorganization, the type spot determination, makes the graph analysis and so on. Do the comprehensive quality synthetic evaluation of the development level of the Hangjinhou's agriculture science and technology, draw the recommendations to perfect the agricultural technology extension system and services strategies and measures. The government department should bring into play the function of developing the agriculture by science and technology, namely from the aspects of policy, technology and famers organization to develop agriculture technology extension system. We will eventually realize such a diversified extension system that spot reply combined with the field guide,consulting combined with training,network integration combined with construction of the base,farmers'advisory services combined with active integration of the countryside,technical consultation combined with the material supply,guidance and compulsory conduct combined with paid service.The research results may provide the reference for the father strategic adjustment of agricultural science and technology entering into the farmhouses in the Hangjinhou county and surrounding aeras, the construction of socialism new countryside and agricultural sustainable development.
