Our private enterprise started at the end of 70s in last century, with more than 20 years development, it has been our country's equalizing support of the national economy. The grow and swell of the private enterprise provided with more of chances for the tax income and employment, it is closely related to the stability of our country's national economy and the establishment of 'harmonious society'. The first 'Chinese private enterprise development report' blue book compiled by Chinese Industry and Commerce Union declared: The family company is the main body of our country's more than three million private enterprise, among which 90% are family company, in these companies, most of them carry out the family management mode. Seeing from the past twenty years development of the private companies, most of them met with plight result from the constraint element of the family management mode, thus some of them are shortlived and abdicated soon. There are more aspects of these constraint elements, like lack of fair competition environment, financing channel block, vulnerable of skill and scarcity of talents. But one of the most important element is that the private companies did not lay store by the construction of the enterprise culture, they were fail to have deep learning of the enterprise culture and the 'schiavorne' which once improved in full swing for the development of the enterprises.This article eyed initially from the trend of the country's private enterprise family management mode, analyzing the enterprise culture of the private company and seeking of the family culture plight crux through the tracing of the culture, trying to extract the manipulated soil method of the country's private enterprise by solving the problem from the angle of culture itself.The article mainly has four parts:For the first part the article mainly concerns about the country's fundamental period of the private company which has the family mode operation tendency, it has attached more importance on explaining of the private company's parvenu and growing experience, the present period family mode tendency, the social background and historical condition of its emerging.Then in the second part, the article is focused on the marking of the enterprise culture family running accompanied by the private company operating, mostly it has class compartmentalized the 'family culture' than that of 'family operating 'culture of the private enterprise, analyzing the classical expressiveness and historical culture tracing of the country's private company culture with family operating mode;The third part cares more about the plight of the private company culture with family operating mode, studying in deep of the producing and result of the bottle-neck of this mode status;In the last part the article tries to find the solution of the plight for the family operating mode of the companies, this part is the project formulation of the key problem for this article. It has initially introduced the historical successful experience of the transferring of some family operating mode enterprises from more of developed counties or districts and its edification for our country, then dissertating thoroughly of the necessity and specific measure of the re-constructing for he enterprise culture and revitalization.
