In this paper, the core point is that management staffs development, as a major of human resource management in enterprise, has its own unique role and contribution. Due to the special nature of the management staff, how to more effectively carry out training needs analysis ,and be able to timely discover people with managerial skills as a future training and reserve personnel; In view of the upper ,middle and primary managers , how to more effectively find their respective need point and focus of future development. These issues are analyzed in this paper.This paper combines the business-driven model of management training, the three elements of the need analysis, as well as the measurement items construction of management skills, to explore solutions to the problems above-mentioned. In the case of company analysis, we hope to provide a practical operation of company in useful ways, but also need to keep actual operation updated and amendment.
